Syntheses and structural characterizations of Fe_4S_4 cubane-like cluster compounds containing cycloalkylthiolate ligands

In a reaction system consisting of FeCl2,tetrathiometallate and cycloalkylthiolate,two Fe4S4 cubane-like cluster compounds were obtained with the following crystallographic data:(PhCH2NMe32[Fe4S4 (SC5H9)4](Ⅰ),monoclinic space group P21/c,a=1.6327(4),6=1.1229(3),c=2.802 5( 10) nm,β=94.63(2)°,Z=4,and R=0.074; (Et4N)2[Fe4S4(SC6H11)4](Ⅱ),tetragonal space group I42m,a=1.16705(9),b=1.167 06(2),c=2.063 26(5) nm,Z=2,Dabs=1.28 g/cm3,and R=0.078 The participation of cy-cloalkylthiolate ligand does not obviously arouse the change of the Fe4S4 core structure.Meanwhile,the influence of the cation on the structural symmetry of the Fe4S4 cluster dianion is also discussed.     

用碳黑微电极伏安法测定多巴胺

研究了多巴胺(DA)在碳黑微电极上的电化学行为,试验结果表明,在pH 4.5(pH 3.8~5.2)的磷酸盐缓冲介质(PBS)中,多巴胺在伏安图0.21 V处的二阶导数峰高与其浓度在6×10-6~2×10-5mol.L-1之间保持线性关系,其检出限(3σ)为1×10-6mol.L-1;将此方法应用于多巴胺针剂试样的分析,测定结果的RSD值(n=5)均小于2.4%,用标准加入法做回收率试验,结果在96%~102%之间。此方法所测得结果与碘量法测得的结果之间无显著差异。     

反相高效液相色谱-增敏化学发光同时测定VB1和VC

本文基于维生素B1(VB1)、维生素C(VC)对鲁米诺(Luminol)和铁氰化钾(K3[Fe(CN)6])化学发光反应的增敏作用原理,建立了反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)分离、柱后化学发光检测VB1与VC的新方法。当在鲁米诺中加入KBr时可以大大增敏该反应。本法已成功运用于蜂蜜和复合维生素片中VB1与VC的测定。     

一类新型环金属配体——(口恶)二唑衍生物的化学结构及其性能

合成了5个2,5-二芳基-1,3,4-(口恶)二唑衍生物环金属配合物配体,其化学结构经1H NMR、IR和元素分析得到确证. 利用紫外光谱、荧光光谱、差热分析(DSC)和循环伏安法测试技术分别研究了它们的光谱性能、热性能和电化学性能. 结果表明,该类衍生物在二氯甲烷溶液中的最大紫外吸收波长在268～327 nm范围,在二氯甲烷溶液和固体膜中的最大荧光发射波长分别在332～390 nm和359～439 nm范围;DSC分析结果表明,5个(口恶)二唑衍生物的起始吸热峰位于120～328 ℃之间,其中对称结构的(口恶)二唑衍生物显示了较高的熔融温度;由循环伏安图和相关计算结果表明,5个(口恶)二唑衍生物的还原电位位于-1.03～-0.98 V,其相应的最低非占有分子轨道能级(LUMO)在-3.71～-3.76 eV之间.     

聚合物与草酸钙相互作用的研究进展及其对预防尿路结石的意义

聚合物对泌尿系结石的形成具有抑制和促进双重作用。本文综述了聚合物对尿石矿物草酸钙成核、生长、聚集及其与尿路细胞膜黏附影响的研究进展,讨论了聚合物影响草酸钙晶面和形貌的机理,指出了该领域所面临的问题和将来的发展方向。     

Investigation of Isomerization of 2—Seleno—1,3,2—diazaphospholidine Derivatives

For the first time the isomerization of 1,3,2-diazaphospholidine-2-sclenide dervatives in refluxing benzene in the presence of trace water was observed. The structures of isomerized products were determined by IR, ^1H NMR,^31P NMR, elemental analysis and X-ray crystallography. The mechanism of isomerization was also proposed.     

K＋I~2→K^+＋I~2^-离子对生成反应态－态几率与 选态截面的量子散射理论研 究

本文用Miller的-矩阵变分法在Aten-Lanting-Los两态势能面上计算了K＋I~2→K^+＋I~2^-电离反应的态－态几率和选态反应截面,结果表明了低电离阈能、几率的振荡行为及振动增强效应;电离截面随碰撞能及I~2振动量子数的变化规律与实验预测相吻合;讨论了反应机理。     

An open chain product in the reaction of benzil with thiocarbohydrazide

An open chain compound was obtained by reaction of benzil with thiocarbohy-drazide in acidic condition. Its derivative, namely, benzil bis-(5-isopropylidene-3-thiocarbohydrazone) has been structurally characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. Crystallographic data: C22H26N8S2, Mr=466.62, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=12.215(3), b=11.473(2), c=17.032 (3)A, B=98.96(2)0, V=2357.7(9)A3, Z=4, Dc=1.32 g/cm3, F(000)=1040, u(Mo Ka)=2.43 cm-1. Final R=0.050, Rw=0.061 for 1103 unique and observed reflections with I> 3o(I). The effect of the structures on the formation of the open-chain intermediates during the cyclization of (2:2) Schiff base macrocyclic compound has been discussed and a possible mechanism for the ring closure has been suggested.     

中国南海海绵Seletta tenuis Lindgren中24-亚甲基-27-甲基胆甾醇的结构鉴定

自七十年代以来,已从海绵中发现了许多结构独特的、具有强烈生理活性的新化合物,有些已发展成为特效的药物。我们在研究中国南海海绵生物活性成分的过程中,从南海海绵Seletta teuuis Lindgren中分离出24-亚甲基-27-甲基胆甾醇(1)。虽然这个化合物已由De Luca等于1972年从海绵(Aplysina aerophoba)中发现了它。次     

水热法制备高纯超细CeO2-ZrO2复合氧化物

Superfine composite powders of CeO₂-ZrO₂ (CZ) and CeO₂-ZrO₂-La₂O₃ (CZL) were prepared by hydrothermal method. The effects of pH、temperature and time for hydrothermal process on the performance of the resulting powders were studied. The optimized reaction parameters were on follows: the precursor′s pH≈9.0, hydrothermal temperature of 200 ℃ holding for 2 h. Thermal stable powders with average particle size smaller than 10 nm and specific surface area of 171 m²·g^-1 were obtained. A BET specific surface area was still at 44 m²·g^-1 after calcination at 1 000 ℃ for 6 hours.
